Fran Decker has lived in the fabulous Florida Keys
since 1988. Although famous for her Key West
Landmarks and conch houses, Fran enjoys painting
landscapes, still lifes and whimsical scenes. Fran
has painted since her teens and studied under various
Keys artists, and her colorful acrylic paintings capture
the flavor of the Florida Keys. She is a graduate

gallery, Frangipani Gallery at 1102 Duval , in the heart
of the Key West Art District on Upper Duval.
Frangipani Gallery features not only the fine art of
Fran Decker, but represents the best of local original
art as well.
For Fran, Frangipani Gallery is the culmination of a
10 year dream. Fran's paintings have recurring
images of eggs, and birds, signifying birth and flight.
Her paintings directly reflect the sense of hatching
something new and exciting, unveiling some very
beautiful birds and finally, watching them take flight
into the world.
